There is ample parking at a the main entrance to the house. The parking is gravelled, but the area immediately leading up to the main door is patio paving.
The house has been built to current building standards (2017) with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
There are 3 semi-circular steps leading from the kitchen to the main living room and 2 steps to the utility/boot room. There is an external walkway accessed from the smaller living room 2, which runs along the front of the house into the garden and around to the main living room’s garden door. From the main living room, you can access the grassy area of the garden, the hot-tub gravelled area is on a lower level, with steps.
