About Us
Pant Farm is in the heart of Robert Burns’ Ayrshire countryside, near the River Ayr Walk – with lovely walks from the doorstep in the surrounding countryside. Along the coast, there are plenty of beaches, castles, famous golf courses as well as walking and cycling routes.
Or, take the ferry to the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae for a day out. With Dumfries House, Boswell Coach House and Auchinleck House nearby – there’s plenty to keep you busy.

Rural setting... great for gatherings
The farmhouse was renovated in 2017 after 50 years in disrepair. The old dairy is now a large sitting room and the cheese room one of the ensuite bedrooms upstairs. The rooms are spacious with views out to the open countryside.
Our extension was completed in 2021 – an Events/Games Room has been built in the old barn – and there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. Even more space to enjoy yourselves and hold a special event.
With an enclosed garden safe for pets and a timber hot tub with views to fields and Pant Wood beyond – it’s a great place to bring friends and family together.
The hot tub is built from sustainable Scottish larch with fibreglass lining and heated from our biomass boiler. It’s not a chemical hot tub with bubbles, but is filled with fresh water and refilled each time you use it. Perfect for watering the garden!

The farmhouse is able to accommodate up to 12 people, with 3 bedrooms on the Ground Floor (3 bathrooms, 1 Ensuite) and 3 bedrooms on the First Floor (3 Bathrooms, 2 Ensuite). All bathrooms have separate shower cubicles. 2 bathrooms on ground floor are shower rooms (1 ensuite).
We have a large main Sitting Room, smaller Sitting Room in the Hall and a separate TV room in the farmhouse. The courtyard has been developed into an Events / Games Room, with Table Tennis, Table Football and a small Pool Table, or you could hold a gathering for friends and family.

Escape To The Countryside
Holidaying at home will probably continue to be the norm – so, why not get away from it all and head to South West Scotland for a well-deserved break in the Ayrshire countryside? A fantastic rural location, with loads of space inside and out. A perfect place to gather with friends and family we’ve been longing to see.

The farmhouse is spacious for the number of bedrooms, with a large kitchen/dining room and sitting room – as well as a TV room and a snug sitting room for quiet times. With a separate games room and an enclosed private garden, timber hot tub and boot room for the dogs and outdoor gear – there’s plenty of room to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends.

Accessed from the stairs in the snug/sitting room is the upstairs corridor, where there are 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 1 separate bathroom. and each bedroom can be set up as either two Single beds or one Super-King bed. Each bathroom upstairs has a separate bath and shower cubicle as well as WC and wash hand basin and underfloor heating.
The ground floor bathrooms all have separate shower cubicles, one with separate bath and the 3 bedrooms are accessed via a walk through TV room, in the courtyard extension.
We are able to offer flexible accommodation, as each bedroom can be set up as Twins or Super King beds. We have 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs available, and there is space in a couple of bedrooms for a cot (infants don’t count in the maximum occupancy of 12) and we have one extra Z-bed for young children (for which we may charge extra for laundry).
